Cancellation Policy
5th Avenue Salon understands that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please take note of our cancellation policy:
We require 24 hours notice before your appointment to cancel, reschedule, or downgrade. In the case that notice is not given, the reserved card on file will be charged 50% of the service. In the event of a no show, we will charge 100% of the service that was missed.
A credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
When booking your first appointment, we require a $5 deposit to finalize booking. This deposit is applied to the overall cost of the service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service you were scheduled for.
**We understand that certain situations are unavoidable. Waiving of the cancellation fees will be up to the discretion of Management.
